Flourish with a Bling Colour Challenge!

This month's challenge at Flourish with a Bling (FWAB) is a colour challenge hosted by Kate McColloch. I love these colors- perfect for bright summery layouts! I never use them all together, and I was excited to get started!

Here's what I came up with:

For this layout I used FWAB products: 100 pack of purple pearls, 100 pack of rhinestones in black, and the Jasmine puffy flourish in lilac. I knew right away that the Sweet Afternoon collection from Teresa Collins would be perfect for this color combo, but there is no purple in it- That's where the FWAB comes in, along with a piece of cardstock!
I started with cutting the layers, distressing, and chalk inked the edges in black. After placing them, I added Liquid Pearls in black onyx around the edges to accentuate them. I also used the Liquid Pearls on the alphas. The black lace in the rips and below the pic is from May Arts. I cut the puffy flourish so more would show under that huge blue rose. The middle of the flowers are the black rhinestones.
