Petaloo is having an awesome challenge using their "Color Me Crazy" products. http://petaloo.typepad.com/blog/2011/06/details-for-the-color-me-crazy-challenge.html
I made this layout for the round robin challenge at Swirlydoos. My friend and scrap idol, Lisa Gregory made this layout to kick off the challenge: http://what-a-beautiful-mess.blogspot.com/2011/07/heartfelt-creations-wednesday-7-6-11.html , and this is my take on her fabulous creation.
Here's some close ups of what I did: I used an alcohol ink pen to touch the edges of the blooms. On the ones that have open petals, I also drew thin lines with the alcohol ink for more dimension. Then, I used my finger to apply some Distress Stickles in Tattered Rose.
